Cookie Policy

In short: this site sets no cookies at all. None for analytics, none for advertising, none of any other kind. That is why you see no consent banner — there is nothing to consent to.
1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file that a site stores in your browser so it can recognise you on your next visit. Cookies are used for signing in to accounts, remembering settings, counting visitors and serving advertising.
2. What this site uses
As at the last update — none of the above. The site is a set of static pages with no accounts, no basket and no forms.

Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and similar services are not present on this site.
3. Third-party requests without cookies
One third-party request does happen. The Montserrat and Prata typefaces are loaded from Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). No cookies are set in the process, but Google does receive your IP address — a technical consequence of any network request.
If you would rather avoid that, a third-party request blocker (uBlock Origin, NoScript) will do it — the site stays fully usable and only the typeface changes. We intend to move the fonts onto our own server and remove this transfer.
4. Payment
Booking takes you to a checkout page hosted by Stripe, Inc. at buy.stripe.com. That page is Stripe's, not ours: any cookies it sets are Stripe's own, used to complete the payment and to detect fraud, and they are governed by Stripe's cookie policy. This site itself still sets no cookies.
If analytics or advertising pixels ever appear, we will show a consent banner first and load nothing until you have explicitly agreed.
5. How to control cookies
You can manage cookies in your browser settings — delete them, block them entirely, or block only third-party ones:
- Safari — Settings → Privacy
- Chrome — Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies
- Firefox — Settings → Privacy & Security
- Edge — Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Since this site uses no cookies, blocking them will not affect how it works.
