The Wisdom of Sedona
If you took away all the noise — would you know where you want to go next?
Accommodation, transfers and the full programme included
I created this journey in Sedona for people who need more than a beautiful trip — who need space to stop, feel themselves again, and hear what they actually want.
I built the four days as a single path:
- Ground yourself
- Open
- See more clearly
- Choose what to create next
The nature of Sedona, bodywork and breathwork, kundalini yoga, hypnomeditation, sound healing, ceremony with a shaman, and places that become part of the path itself.

Sound familiar?
- You know how to make decisions. You know how to take care of other people. You know how to keep moving forward even when it's hard.
- But sometimes you catch yourself somewhere else:
- “I understand all of it. But what I want right now — that's not so clear any more.”
- You keep doing what used to work, and it no longer feels the way it did.
- You may want change without yet knowing what kind.
And maybe you don't need one more piece of advice. Maybe you need space where you can finally hear your own.
The place
Sedona
Some places you want to see. Others you want to stop in.
Red rock. Enormous space. Silence. A landscape that physically changes the scale of everything around you.
On this journey Sedona isn't scenery. It becomes part of the path.

Who guides it
Leksa · Amrita Devi Kaur
Behind me are a retreat centre in Bali and thousands of participants.
For over 14 years I've been studying and combining practices that work with the body, with attention and with state: kundalini yoga, breathwork and bodywork, hypnosis, meditation, sound healing and other tools. I don't collect practices for the sake of quantity. I build them into a space where you can stop, feel yourself, and hear what the ordinary pace of life drowns out.
-
A tradition that works with breath, movement and sound together rather than with postures alone. I teach it adapted to whoever is in the room, so no previous experience is needed.
-
Working with singing bowls, gongs and voice, where sound is felt in the body as much as it is heard. It asks nothing of you but to lie down and let it reach whatever is holding on.
-
Guided work in a deeply relaxed state, where attention turns inward and the usual mental noise drops away. You stay awake and in control throughout — hypnosis is focused attention, not sleep.
-
Letting the hands say what words have not found yet. No skill is involved and nothing is judged; what matters is what surfaces while you are making it.
-
Hands-on work with the tension the body stores and will not put down on its own. Emotion settles into muscle, and it often lets go through the body before the mind has finished explaining it.
-
I run my own centre there, and it is where most of what I know about holding a group was learned. A retreat is logistics as much as it is practice, and that part is not improvised.
-
Long enough to have dropped a great deal along the way. What is left is the small number of practices that reliably work, and some sense of which one a particular day is asking for.
What you get
What you'll take with you
-
Ground under your feet
Learning to quiet the mind and bring yourself back to a resourced state, through nature and through breath.
-
Old fears and resentments, set down
Releasing the tension you have been carrying, and clearing space for new decisions.
-
Reserves you had forgotten you had
Learning to feel your own energy and spend it on your life, instead of losing it.
-
The body lets go
Through kundalini yoga, breathwork, bodywork and the Sweat Lodge.
-
Your real voice, audible again
And with it, a clearer sense of what you actually want.
-
Clarity, and the strength for the next step
Without the noise inside, and without anyone else's expectations.
Who it's for
Who this journey is for
-
If you've been on retreats before
You know the value of this kind of experience, and you're ready now to hear yourself more deeply and see where to move next.
-
If this is your first retreat
No experience with the practices or with retreats is needed. I create a guided space where you can go through this at your own pace.
-
If you're on the edge of a decision
When you already sense that something has to change, but can't yet put your finger on what.
-
If you need a pause
Not to run away from your life, but to step out of its usual rhythm, hear yourself, and come back to it with a different sense of direction.
Practices
What we'll be doing
Not just practising.
We'll be coming back into contact with ourselves through the body, the breath, movement, attention and nature.
-
Conscious breathing changes your state faster than any words can: it settles anxiety, dissolves the tension held in the muscles, and brings to the surface whatever has been asking for attention. We work with calming techniques and with more intense ones — always guided, and always with the right to stop at any moment.
-
Dynamic sequences of breath, movement and sound that bring the body out of its numbness and give the energy in it somewhere to move. The practice is gentle and adapted to your level — no previous experience is needed, and everything is explained as we go.
-
The body keeps what hasn't been lived through: old fears, resentments and strain settle into the muscles and into the breath. Gentle hands-on work and directed attention let those holds release — and with them goes the kind of tiredness that sleep doesn't touch.
- Ceremony with a shaman
-
A gentle descent into an altered state of consciousness, where your own voice becomes audible instead of other people's expectations. Answers often come from there to questions that seem unsolvable in an ordinary state.
-
Singing bowls, gong and voice work through vibration, bypassing the mind: the body relaxes on its own, with no effort and no control. All you do is lie down and listen — it is the most passive and often the deepest practice of the journey.
- Rituals at Sedona's places of power
- Energy practices
Every element is built into the journey's overall architecture rather than standing on its own.
The ceremony
Sweat Lodge · a return to the source
Some ancient practices ask nothing of your understanding. You step in, and you let them do their work.
On one of our days in Sedona a Sweat Lodge is waiting — darkness, fire-heated stones, steam, breath and the Earth. A space where everything outside you gradually goes quiet, and what is left is only what is genuinely yours.
It matters to me a great deal who we meet these traditions through. In Sedona we will be joined by M.H. Black Wolf — someone who does not simply know the traditions of his people but carries them in himself, in his own history and his own path.
It was in the hardest stretches of his life that he heard the voice of his ancestors again. That voice returned him to the traditions of his people and set him on the Red Road — the road back to his roots, and home.
The Sweat Lodge is a chance to feel connected again. To the body. To the Earth. To yourself. To the kind of inner strength you sometimes don't have to go looking for — it is enough to clear away whatever is stopping you feeling it.
And that is the experience I want to live through with you in Sedona.
This is not just a trip to Sedona
You could come to Sedona on your own, see the same rocks, walk the same trails and take hundreds of photographs.
But I didn't build this journey as a tour of beautiful places.
The route already exists — every location, every practice, every day continues the one before it.
All that's left is to live it.
Where we go
Places of power
- Bell Rock
- strength and grounding
- Cathedral Rock
- opening the heart
- Boynton Canyon
- balance and inner harmony
- Airport Mesa
- perspective and clarity
- Birthing Cave
- the symbol of a new self being born
- West Fork Trail
- gentle integration
You don't just visit these places. You live them as points along one inner route.
Four days
The programme, day by day
-
First, slow down. Come back into the body. Feel your footing.
Then open space for what has been asking to come out for a long time.
-
Balance, silence, inner harmony, and the path continuing.
A day that makes more room to feel yourself — and to feel what is actually happening inside.
-
Rise above your usual vantage point. Look at your life differently. Feel the possibility of a new self.
-
Not just to have the experience, but to give it a place inside you.
To see what you're taking back into your life, and what you're choosing to create next.
And that's far from everything
We deliberately don't script the days minute by minute. Each one will hold extra locations, worthwhile stops and small discoveries along the way.
We leave room in this journey for spontaneity, and for the moments that can't be planned in advance.
Where we stay
Accommodation
We stay in a private estate in West Sedona, with red rock on every side and the Boynton Canyon trailhead five minutes away. The whole property is ours for the journey: a main house, a separate casita and a wellness space, set around a pool, a hot tub and fire pits.
There is room to be together and room to be alone — an upstairs lounge with windows onto the rocks, a kitchen and dining space that seats the whole group, a sauna and cold plunge, and private balconies for the quiet hours.

Maybe you don't need one more answer.
Maybe you need a place quiet enough to hear the one that's already inside you.
That's exactly why I created The Wisdom of Sedona.
Not to bring you to a beautiful place and show it to you, but to take you through a few days in which you can stop, feel, see more clearly, and choose for yourself where to go next.
